Aloo paratha mix (makes 6)

Medium-sized potatos (Indian size) 4  (boiled and skinned)

Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

chilli powder 1½ tsp

Garam masala powder ½ tsp

Chat masala ½ tsp

Mash the potatoes to make a smooth pulp with no lump in it. If the need be grate potatoes.

Add all the spices to the mash and mix well to get a uniform mix.

Make lemon-sized balls of the mix and stuff in the flattened dough, roll them out and make uniformly thin parathas 🙂
